Backing up save files?

My laptop is acting up. My screen is acting like the U,S.S. Enterprise would after being hit by a photon torpedo and I'm not sure how long my computer has before it finally goes out completely. Anyway, I had copied the saved files directory to an external hard drive.

Are there any other files I should be copying so I don't lose my save files if my computer crashes?

    Copy your CMS database if you use the Smart content. Also Export from Inside DAZ Studio using the Content DB Maintenance menu the USER DATA. And be sure that is also backed up if you use the CMS and OR Category in your Content. Or at the time of your fix you will need to Import all Metadata again and lose any categories you have made.

    WAIT: You only need the EXport option. That will recover the Metadata even if you do not use Categories.
