"a high quality render of my room"

I don't believe that is really what you are asking for. The term "render" refers to an image created from a scene created in 3D space - in other words, a virtual picture. Since you already have direct access to the actual room, and, indeed, already have access to real photographs of that room, I can't imagine why you would want to pay someone to produce virtual facsimiles. So I am going to assume that what you are actually asking for is someone to produce 3D models of the room (and its contents?) that you can then use to produce your own renders.

There is one thing that you should understand, and forgive me if you are already aware of this, but there may be some misconception on the part of those unfamiliar with this 3D stuff: the prices for various content that you see in the store here are prices that are based upon volume sales. In other words, the content creator expects (or at least hopes) to recoup their investment in creating the content by selling many copies of it to multiple customers. The same item, if created exclusively for a single customer, would mean that the content creator would need to recover all of the revenue from the sale from you. It would be quite expensive and the price would reflect the complexity of the room and its contents and your requirements. Anyone who may be interested in doing it is likely to contact you more directly through site mail/ private messaging, rather than on the open forums to discuss details.

    Good luck!

Hands up if you were expecting a "bedroom scene" to mean something totally different to this!

Assuming you live in a normal house, building a digital version of your bedroom shouldn't be all that difficult. There are products like Create a Room which you could use, or the rather older Room Creator. You might even do it with just plane and cube primitives.

The difficult bit is going to be matching your furniture - but there's a lot of stuff out there to choose from if you don't mind finding a close match instead of an exact replica.

Might help to define 'pay very well' too.. Less than $100? $1000?  If you're wanting someone to create a 3d replica, it's doable, but quite pricey given the amount of work involved.
