Install manager working sporadically?

Sometimes the install manager works fine...other times DAZ cannot find the asset

Could not resolve : "/data/Age of Armour/Subsurface Shaders/AoA_Subsurface/AoA_Subsurface.dsf"

installed to:

C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library

when i surf to the file location it appears as if its there.....just will not load...any help is appreciated

    Is the "My DAZ 3D Library" location listed as both a DS format and Poser format content folder in DS?
