User Galleries

Received an e-mail this AM announcing that the new user galleries are available for use. To make a long story short, after clicking to create my gallery, all I got was the screen with the circles going round and round. I then looked for a link to upload pix, but couldn't find it. Are the galleries really ready for use?

    Yes What Browser are you using and what version, as some older browsers are not working.

    To upload, go to your account dashboard, you will se a button there to create your own gallery.

    Thanx for the prompt response. I'm using IE v. 10.0.9200 There's a link in my dashboard to create a gallery; when I click it I go to the page hat has the never-ending circle of dots. I'll let that run for an hour or so to see if ever stops.

    It works OK for me, I get the dots for about a second, and then a box inviting to enter a Username to use in the Galleries.

    I would try using another browser if I were you, I am using IE10 and it's fine. You could try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

    Switching to FF worked; however clearing out the temp files had no effect, so guess I'll be using FF for this item. Thanx muchly for the helpful help.

    I'm glad it's working for you, they may get the various browser problems fixed soon, but at least you can use it.
