I was wondering- Do anyone know which asset creators take commissions and how much those usually cost?

I am thinking about houses, warehouses, big projects such as small towns, etc. 

Now I know it's broad and it depends on a lot of factors. 
But an overall idea about the price is (such as a simple warehouse with interior) and who/where to ask is what I would like to know.

I think you are on the wrong forum to ask, here is more about products suggestions and/or ask about a product and some may answer . I don't think someone is aswering you questions about clauses in certain contracts.
