How do I get my Old content to show so I can use it in DS4.6?

Hi guys, I've been using DAZ Studio since about version 2 I think, and have spent thousands of dollars on content, but I can't figure out how to USE the older content in the new DAZ Studio 4.6. Only the newer stuff shows up in the Smart Content tab, or in the Files section. I have added the main (old) runtime to the program, and it picked up a couple of items, but I need to use all my older stuff - I'd hate to just give it all up.

Is there some way to import it, or make DAZ Studio see the older stuff? Or am I doomed to having to use DAZ3 alongside DAZ4 forever?

And if there is a way to import ... please give me babysteps instructions? Small brain, senior moments, very little time for playing with graphics these days, forget everything between playtimes (usually a month or more apart!) and simple instructions therefore work best for me. :D

    Most older packs won't show up in smart content and it will be under your Poser Format. If your not seeing all the packs then try re-importing your MetaData

    The Content Library Tab is like the old DS3 Content Tab and is best used for older content.

    Hi guys, sorry so long replying, been working like mad and not much time for play. I've now tried all sorts of things based on your suggestions, and I'm finding quite a lot more content, but it does seem the much older stuff won't show. I was also a bit dismayed by the search facility - eg I searched for Serenata, which was installed and showed up in my Content Library, but the search couldn't find it - nor would it show my Amazing Braid, which was also there. So I don't have much confidence in the search facilty, sadly.

    Am also very sad that the SmartContent isn't backward-compatible enough.

    Thanks for your help; seems the more we advance, the more we must also sacrifice. lol!

    Did you do a "Scan Known Folders for Content"? If your search is set for database rather than filenames, then it won't find files that haven't yet been added to the database.

    Ah! I did one when I first installed, but not since. So I've now done one and a lot more stuff is showing up; thanks for that! :D
