Area Lights Not Working after upgrading built in content via Installation Manager
Hi All,
In the last couple of days I've updated built in content using the installation manager (both times I had to accept new terms and conditions) and now I find that some of my lighting products (DS Core Lighting, ) are no longer working. If I try to apply a light I get the following error:
The following files could not be found:
/data/DAZ 3D/Built-in Content/Light Tube/omLightTube.dsf
I've checked all of my content paths and this seems to have been removed for me in the latest update? I know this was working as I have saved scenes I did only a couple of days ago using these lights.
Can anyone help?

Did you install "Default Lights and Shaders for DAZ Studio", which is now a separate download from "Genesis Starter Essentials"?
No I didn't i just updated via the installation manager. I will do that and update the thread.
That has solved my problem. Thank you for the quick reply, much appreciated.
I had the same problem. And installing that file fixed it. However, that file was not categorized with the other updates, but hidden amongst the morass of old content. If it was flagged similar to the new Starter Essential files within DIM, it could have been downloaded with them and saved me some time and frustration.
It sounds like I had exactly the same frustration but not for so long. Hopefully this will help others who get the same issue. It should have help to know that there was a new install in the install manager rather than the "ninja" approach that causes the irritation.
Thanks to all for the help.
