How do I find installed content in DAZ Studio 4.6 PRO

I've seen many topics about similar problems but none helped with DZS 4.6 PRO. I just installed Victoria 4.2 but can't find it any where. It is present in Runtime but I can't find it in Smart Content or in the Content Library!

It is also unclear where content should be installed.
I tried installing into C:\Users\[Your User Account]\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library as indicated in the help center.
I also tried installing into C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ 3D or C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4.
But nothing seems to work! Luckily I haven't purchased anything yet!

Please keep your answer clear and concise, don't go into a lot of complicated details.

V4 will be under Poser formats

Specifically, Content Library > Poser formats > My Library > DAZ People

Make sure you removed it from Program Files -- having it in 2 places, especially in Program Files, will cause problems.

Was it an installer or a zip?

Content should never be installed in Program Files / Program Files (x86) or ProgramData (which is usually hidden). In Studio go to Edit / Preferences / Content Library (tab) / Content Directory Manager (button). Expand the DAZ Studio Formats and Poser Formats, the location listed there is the install location. In DIM click the 'cog' icon, Installation tab either edit by clicking '...' or click '+' to add the location from Studio's Content Directory Manager. If you add a new location be sure to have the 'Show Details' checked in the 'Ready To Install' tab and the location you wish to install to is showing on the button.

Did you download it with DAZ3D Install Manager (DIM) or from your Product Library, or did you get it elsewhere?
