Question about refund

Hello,

I have buyed an product and used my platclub coupon to pay, but the product need an other product that i don't have.
I have seen it to late and want to refund, but my question is will i get the value of the coupon back?

Anybody who have done this before or knows it?

    Yes, as long as you make sure you tell them that you used the coupon as part of the purchase price.
