there's an option for exporting user data
i hope this is saving my categories
now how could i import user data then?

    Exporting User Data saves any Categories that you have created, that is what it is for, it is a backup of that data which can be loaded into the database again if needed. You reload this User Data by using the Re-Import Metadata option, and there is a check box for the User Data there as well.

    Is that what you mean?

    thx Jimmy thats what i wanted to know
    after losing all my categories
