Damn! Great work! You even got the ridged features of his prothestic arm!!
Gotham Noir: Nightmare Alley
The second in a series of film noir style images I'm working on, focusing on Gotham City.
This is amazing: it's Jack Kirby's creation come to life!
Is this a custom morph?
Taking a break from the long term project that I've been working on....
Barda in her iconic armor and red bikini
Can't seem to put the images in the post so added them as attachmentsEDIT: Figured it out!
Still aren't loading for me. 0o
Here's how I did it: https://thinkdrawart.com/how-to-insert-inline-images-in-the-daz3d-forum
If the image opened in a new tab is the upload and not the thumbnail, you can dispense with step 5Hth!
Looks like you also deleted the attachments - so the images aren't showing up. Follow those steps above but don't delete attachments (unless you're linking the images from elsewhere, in which case you don't need to also attach them)
Ack! Thanks for the heads up In my browser it still looked like Barda was there Fixed it and it should work now
^Yep, they're showing up now. You could still see them before because they were still in your cache (or something along those lines).
Thanks! Just some dial spinning. When all was said and done, my son looked at it and said "Nathan Fillion!"
Your Barda is amazing! Awesome work!
Hal for Hal...LOL
Now that you mention what your son said, you're right! It makes sense that Mother Box would give him a face like that Props also for making him the OG "Dog of War" version and not the 1976 superhero nor modern "update" You don't mess with The King's designs That said there's good and great: like Roy Thomas told Jim Starlin after seeing the first iteration of Thanos (who was more like Metron at that stage):
Thanks on Barda: she's a buffed Ophelia 7
Still having way too much fun here: where else am I gonna find comic geeks who are also Dazzies
Artemis Crock, the Young Justice version:
My two newest Gotham Noir images:
Gotham Noir: This Gun for Hire
Gotham Noir: Ace in the Hole
The Menace of the Machine Men
Drawing inspiration from numerous sources including the 1941 Fleischer cartoon The Mechanical Monsters, which in turn inspired Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. The title is a direct homage to the comic story The Menace of the Machine Men that appeared in Superman #57, dated March-April 1949.
Beautifully done, I love that Superman is the only thing in full color - it really draws the eye to him.
Even resembles Kirk Alyn a bit.
Thanks! Very much appreciated. I was trying to replicate the washed-out look of a magazine photo from that era.
Cat Women
@GeoffreyHawkins
Love the city background, too. What set(s) is that from?
Thanks! It's Stonemason's Urban Sprawl 2. Still a great product despite it's age, and it converted very nicely to Iray.
Spiderman and Daredevil
Moonhawk watches the deal go down, below, before he jumps in.
Justice League steampunk style. I decided to apply some of my Hawkins Strongbox stylings to my DC fanart. These were a lot of fun.
^Very cool :)
Wow, that's awesome! :OI was thinking about this steampunk thing too, but now it is not necessary :D
And I did a fanart too, a little Daredevil with Black Widow.
Thanks! And I love your kitbash on Daredevil! Well done!
Took some considerable effort in blender and he's made of 4 G8M figures, bu here's MODOK!
Not sure I'll use him in my comic series, as the face breaks as soon as I do much posing on it, but it was a fun experiment.
^Great job
The latest in my Golden Age Newsstand collection.
Another in my Golden Age Newsstand collection. Oso3D's Rakshasa figure was a perfect fit for Tawky Tawny and the model worked near flawlessly when autofitting the clothing. Big shout-out to Oso3D for producing such a great product!
