How do I make multiple copies of a figure?

I'm sure this is a simple question, and I've searched through the help files, but can't find an answer. I've made a wall section with a gargoyle, a pier for it to rest on, etc. in DAZ3D Ver 4.6. I would like to make a long wall of a series of these, but I can't find a way to simply copy the figure and make multiple copies of it by pasting, like you would in any other program. I tried the simple edit/copy & edit/paste, and that doesn't work at all. I can copy a figure, but then can only past INTO, and that just gives me the same one figure - not a copy of it. I learned in the help files that there is a clone feature (which I can't find anywhere in the program menus), but that says that any change you make to one copy makes the change to all copies - I want all the gargoyles along the wall to have different poses. So... question: Is there a simple copy and past feature in DAZ3D for complete figures? If so, how do I do it? I just can't find the answer. Thanks in advance.

    Load 2 copies
    position them
    Parent 1 to the other
    Save them to one file
Load the file you just saved
    Position
    Parent
    save 4
    Repeat

You'll end up with a 'tree' structure in the hierarchy (or whatever your program calls it)

No not really there is the product send in the clones which might help. Sold here at Daz.
Another way is to save the first as a scene subset and load in.
The instancing can be found in Create>New node instance or New node instances

Select all in The Scene TAB in the Create menu do Instances set the Number field to the Number you wish. They load at 0 , just move each into place. Your done.

If it is multiple objects, first create a Group and place all in that group, then instantiate the group.

Both ways Work or did in my last DS... But I admit Grouping first makes more sense.

Thanks to everyone for the help.
I tried the "instances", but the problem there is that when I can only make a pose change to the first gargoyle, and when I do, they all change in the same way. So, I can't wind up with all the gargoyles posed differently. So, I just made instances of the wall architecture and have been placing a totally new gargoyle onto each one so I can pose them separately. It works.

I have also found that I can just export the group as an .obj file and then load them into Bryce, which actually gives me greater distance, scene control, and things that I can't get using Daz alone. Of course, the problem with that is that in order to make the gargoyle different on every pylon, I have to change it in Daz and save each of them to .obj files separately. It's a lot more work than seems worth it, but at least it gives me the ability to do what I'm wanting to do.

I'll look for the "Send in the clones" app and try that, too.

Again, many thanks to everyone for all the help.

I've had the need to cut and paste objects too. I usually just save a separate file containing what I want "copied' and then just repeatedly merge the file with my "paste" file until I have what I need.

I had one scene with 30 Victoria 4s all dressed up in Centurion armor with weapons and textures. To have to configure Victoriat 30 times would have been a time-consuming pain. So I saved one Victoria all dressed up. I then created a new file and just kept merging until I had merged 30 together into the one file. It gets even easier because once I reached 10, I saved again, and merged than one back in. Then I had 20 Victorias, then 30 Victorias. Easy.

I save the figure under a different name and then merge it into the same scene.
