And you probably got an error message complaining about missing assets - if so, that means you haven't installed the needed content or its installed in the wrong place. Assuming you are getting an error alert, what does it say is missing and is that file on your system? If so, where?
Any error message?If not it may just be that you switched preview mode - assuming you haven't switched the viewport preferences click the sphere at top-right, between the camera/view list drop down and the option menu button, and make sure it'ss et to Texture Shaded.
Looks like Richard already picked that up correctly in his last reply, you are in "Solid Bounding Box" mode as for the preview, that is the box like icon right to the "Perspective View" switch, click that one and switch to "Texture Shaded".

Installed The content through DAZ install manager, in the beginning everything was ok, then when i opened it last time, all figures are Square. :s

No error messages found. it looks like this:

Your Viewport is set to block view, the Square in the corner, set that back to texture shaded.
