Please advise... My Garibaldi plugin has disappeared :(

Hi again all ^_^

I'm currently running Daz Studio Pro 4.6.0.18 64 bit on Windows 7 same. Been downloading a lot of new purchases recently due to the sales and something must have updated in Studio... because not only has Garibaldi Express vanished from all menus, but I cannot get it to reinstall... even though it is listed as installed and running under the Daz Help menu. Running a manual install changes nothing. If I try to make hair, there is no Create option, and if I load a figure with some hair already created, I can select that node in Scene, but when I go to Edit, there is no Garibaldi editing option. The plugin has vanished. I really, Really need Garibaldi to work... Any ideas...???

    Well I don't know about the hair plugin ... if you're using DIM maybe it was updated for the latest release of D/S which you are not running.
    It's 4.6.1.17 atm.

    why I'm thinking this might be the problem is because when i purchased Decimator, I "had to" update the program first to even get it to install.

    Thanks. Looks like I'm behind the times as usual ^_^ I'll grab the new version of DS and see if that makes a difference.

    The Garibaldi Updates are only hosted on the HOME site, For all updates please check with them.

    OK, it looks like a harmless but annoying bug. After installing the latest DS, Garibaldi still wasn't showing on the menus. I did a Google search and came up with a Garibaldi WIKI I hadn't ever seen before. This problem was listed on it. Seems if Garibaldi disappears from the menu, a quick fix is to change viewport layouts. This forces the menus to refresh. I've been using Hollywood Boulevard, I changed to another layout (think it was Self Serve) and Garibaldi appeared where it should be. I switched back to the original view, still no Garibaldi there. I changed layouts again and put some quick hair on a gila monster ^_^; (Whatever's handy...!) After this, I switched back to the Hollywood view and Garibaldi appeared!

    Hopefully this helps some desperate future seeker with the same problem... ^_^
