Avatar Upload Too Big. No, it's not.

The avatar I'm trying to upload is exactly 100 X 100 = 100KB and the system keeps error msging me saying it's too big. I've even made it smaller down to 29KB and it STILL says it's too big. WTFrack? Any suggestions?

    They may be having problems with them again. There has been an on and off problem with them since the forum went live.

    Is your image a .jpg or .png
