Is this DAZ Studio? If so, how did you install the plugin - with an installer, or using the DAZ Install Manager? If you are using the Install Manager have you pointed it to your ZBrush installation in the preferences>Applications tab (go to Preferences by clicking the gear icon at top-right)? Are you getting an error message at any point? If not, if you are using DAZ Studio, go to Help>About Installed Plug-ins - is the GoZ plug-in listed? if it is what does it say at the bottom of the dialogue when you highlight it?
