Hiding an object during a certain amount of frames.

I am animating an archer(Dark elves) using keymate. I have the animation working except for one very important detail.
The arrow should not be visible between the moment the arrow is released and the moment the elf picks a new arrow.

How do I hide an object for a certain amount of frames?

When I set Parameters-->Display-->Scene view-->Visible to off, the arrow is hidden for all frames. That is not what I want.
I only want it hidden for frames 3 to 9.

I haven't done animation in DAZ, but in other programs you would create a key frame with the visible property on for when it is nocked and then another with it set to off once it is loosed. All subsequent frames would have it off as well.
Or you could actually animate the arrow in flight and move it out of visibility

Yes, you must Key Frame the Change. Make a Key Frame Then Dial it to OFF not Before the Key frame is made.
That Did work in DS3 not tested yet in DS4 by me. Think it should still work.

    its not possible
visibility and opacity do not work even with keyframes set at the change

You can Key Frame the Visible in Render On or Off. The AniMate PLUS version came with Visible On or Off Aniblocks. Opacity will not work now. I just confirmed it. I tested the Visible in render, it still works.

I like to thank everybody for their help. For now I followed Vanguard solution of just moving the arrow far out of the picture. For the other archers I will give Jaderail's solution a try.
