I have a few mirrors. Can someone give me a link(s) that will teach me how to make reflections and not show the wall behind it. I would like to see the tub and the body once I add him or her and not the green title. I will buy usefull mirrors in the next day or two but in the meantime I would like to learn about reflections.

Thanks for all that you have taught me.

Mirrors are very hard to get right. On yours you are using transparency which isn't needed. You need to use the reflect channel.

I do not think I'm looking in the right area. Where do I find the setting?

That's refraction, the bending of light passing through. Reflection is the group of properties immediately above that.

I think you may be selecting the wrong material also.

Thank you both. I need a clean mirror. I have a dirty mirror than came with a bathroom set. So I will learn about shaders tell I can get the useful mirror set.
First as Frank pointed out you have selected the wrong surface in Surfaces. You need the AFKBmirror surface. Then to make it CLEAN you remove all the Textures in the Mirrors Surfaces channels. Just select the Little Pictures and a Menu will open, select None for all channels that have a image loaded. Then you can start with setting the Surface settings to what you need.

Here is a Tutorial on it http://www.art-tlc.com/mirror3.html
