Smart Content has duplicate thumbnails - why?

Today, I installed DS 4.6 and installed ONLY Genesis and Genesis 2 content that I manually downloaded (zips) from my account. I did NOT install any Legacy content.

In Smart Content, in multiple categories (Figures, Hair, etc), I have duplicate thumbnails for the same product.

Exp) FIGURES: Basic Female has two thumbnails. One has an orange icon in the upper left corner, has no version number, and has two files associated with it: Basic Female.cr2 and Basic Female.duf. The other thumbnail has a version number of 0.6 and one file associated with it: Basic Female.duf.

Which does what (if you know what I mean!)? Do I keep both? Do I delete one version, and how would I do that?

I suspect the 0.6 versions are Gen 2 Starter files and the no version ones are Genesis Starter files...

Thanks!

Kevin

Can I see a Screen capture of your Content Pane please? And please set the Prefs to show file extensions. You add a Image to the forums by using the Choose File button below the Post area. Then do Submit Post. That only works for a full post not a FAST REPLY.

It sounds like you installed the Poser Companion File zip as well as the main zip -- the .cr2 version (with the "sidecar" .duf) is for Poser only. If you don't use Poser, make sure your download filters in the DIM "Ready to Download" tab only has the software you use.

I use Poser Pro 2012 and I installed the Poser cf files. Is the orange icon the Poser version, or the other way around?

My workstation is off for the day. I'll post the screen captures tomorrow.

    Thanks!

Yes, the one with the orange scroll icon in the upper left corner, which shows the .cr2 as well as the .duf, is the Poser version.
