Don't think my other post ever posted.i did a complete wipe and a new install I had to pieces that i was working on.I thought i saved them ok but i guess i screwed up.They became saved as bvh files?.is there a way for me to open these in daz studio or did am I basically screwed?...I'm telling ya ...thats' why you need to have a manual, so you can have sections like how to save characters, how to save scenes...little things like that it's frustrating to have to guess at what every little tab is and what they all do...any ideas?raykat

BVH is a motion capture file format.

It is used to save animation information, and does not contain any of the scene info I'm afraid., sorry. DAZ Studio can import BVH files rom the File > Import menu.

There is a Save and a Save As menu in DS4.6. To save a full Scene, use File > Save As > Scene.
If you only want to save part of a scene, or a clothed figure within a scene, use File > Save As > Scene Subset.
