Just Made 2 Purchases. One Won't Download?

Hello, I have just purchased Cherry Hair and SPEX for Genesis. Cherry Hair downloaded just fine, but SPEX for Genesis won't download. Is there something wrong with your servers? Did I download too much data by bringing in DAZ3D 4.0 first?

    IS this a manual or a DIM download.

    Did you try clearing your browser cache once you had a failed download, to make sure the corrupted DL version was removed before you tried a 2nd download.

    If a download has halted or corrupted part way through, subsequent attempts will faill at the same point unless you make sure that the failed instance is removed form the Browser cache.
