Content Library Missing

This time my Content Library is Missing and not my Smar Content. I do have items in my Smart Content but a lot of what I have was never in my Smart Content. I do not even have the tree that I get lost in. The only thing I tried was to right click on the mouse and hit refresh. Also something called find files. All that did was tell me I have files where they should be and would not fix my problem. I find it very easy to break something when trying to learn the software but I can not fix it. Can you Help?

    Click on the up and down triangles between the two parts of the Content Library pane -- the section with the folders is closed.

    Thank you Fixmypcmike. I did not see that Triangle.
