How are we supposed to import a v.3 product into v.4 when it is not install manager ready? Where are instructions? Why doesn't the help icon link you to the instructions from the Product Library page, where the download link resides.

How long has this product been around? What company owns it? How large is the team?

V3 is a separate figure to V4, and is stand alone, so doesn't need importing into V4.

There are still a few of the older products which have not yet been converted to work with DIM, they are getting done though, and eventually will be there.

In the meantime you can download a zip file from your product library, accessed by going to your account (Top Right on the forum page)

Instruxctions on how to use that zip file are here

If you already have the item installed in your DS3 library, just go to the Content Library options menu (the rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) and choose "Import Mapped Directories" -- that will add your DS3 content folders to DS4.

If either of you are affiliated with DAZ can you please add a link to instructions for the tooltip that displays when you hover over the help icon. All it says is "Manually download through the product library". The download link was already intuitive, but there are no instructions for what to do with it once you've manually downloaded it.
