I'm new to using all kinds of programs like DAZ and i don't know what to do.

the products from genesis 2 female starter essentials load correctly onto the female figure but the genesis starter essentials will no load. I downloaded both the regular version and the poser.
When i drag and drop an item from the product i get his message; "An error occurred while reading the file, see the lof file for more details. I don't know what this means.
Can someone help me?

    Does this happen with People>Genesis>Genesis.duf? Are you dragging from the content pane or from your desktop/a file window?

    I was dragging i from Smart Content

    OK, try going to the Content Library pane instead, then DAZ Studio Formats>My Library>People>Genesis.duf (where My Library is your content directory). Does it work then? Does the file even show?
