New User here...where's the coupon code?

Hi All...

I just bought a Premium membership, and put 3 items in my shopping cart (over $3 and not sold by Daz3D) Trying to take advantage of the special to get the Victoria 4 Pro Bundle free. (Nice benefits of the price reduction, btw.)

I see a link to click for the promo code to but when I click it...no link. The only thing I see is Victoria 4.2 Pro bundle. Is that the same thing?

Then I saw a note to just add the free items to the shopping cart, and the price will be updated automatically. I did that, but no go. The price for V4 was reduced, but not free as advertised.

Any ideas?

I am in the US, so maybe I am past the deadline for the sale ending "today".

Bummer.

    Hope this helps. I don't think it expired yet :-). I think they expire at 11:59 pm DAZ Time...I am 2 hours ahead or them so atm my time is 10:23 pm and their time is 8:23 pm :-)

    If you are having a problem, please write to Support using the 'Help' link at the top of the page, then use the Contact Us button, and Submit a Help Request,. Send the request to Sales Support. It may take a couple of days for them to reply.

    Explain your problems thoroughly, and I'm sure that they will try to help.
