why doesn't Genesis or Victoria5 seem to load up?

On my Daz4 when I try to load up Genesis or Victoria5 all I seem to get is a couple of messages that flash by very extremely fast and nothing happens. Is there something I have left out? am I doing something wrong? in the fiirst pic is the message I get with genesis that flashes past quickly and the second pic is with Victoria5. Please help thx.

It seems that you are trying to load the Poser versions. When you installed Genesis Starter Kit and Victoria 5, did you download and install the Poser version (files ending with CF)? Did you download and install with DIM?

I installed them all. Sorry I don't know what DIM is.

I also should add when I start up Daz4 now I get 'No importer for the file format is found' I don't know if this is related or not. And I notice the genesis male figure is not automatically loaded like it was before.

DIM is DAZ Install Manager.

Start DIM, click on settings button (next to Help). Click on the Downloads tab, and make a note of the Download To path.

Start DAZ Studio, open the Content Directory Manager and make sure that the path is listed under DAZ Studio and Poser Formats. See the added screenshots.

Check that CMS is running while DAZ Studio is open. Right click the taskbar, select Start Task Manager and look for an entry called ContentManagementServer on Processes tab and DAZContentManagementService on Services tab.
