Stage Magician Props Glitch...

I tried to download this temporary freebie twice but it shows up as "processing_auth" and now when you try to put it in your cart it won't register; that's almost never happened before with any other freebies Daz3D has offered.

Has anyone had this problem or is it just me? And when will I be able to download this?

    I can confirm this, Ken...

I encountered the same issue with a freebie order, and in fact, the order was duplicated four times during the process/hangup and all but the first order number ever finally processed through. Took a couple of days before they cleared, and I could download. The other three duplicate orders are still sitting in my account since May 23 unresolved one way or another, and all still “processing_auth” pending.

I suspect they are going to sit in there like that for the entire duration of this new website. Maybe they'll resolve on DAZ's next website try...

*EDIT: I just ordered the Stage Magician Props, and it processed fine. Downloading now. It seems the bug is intermittent, and probably won't affect everyone who shops here. Maybe ordering here will be like playing Russian Roulette. This time... No... This time... No... This time... Bang!

*Second EDIT: For posterity; Apparently they have resolved my account, and all are showing completed as of now. Was still pending my last order a couple of days ago. Also, I was incorrect; There were four failed duplicate orders on May 31, and then I succeeded with a re-order (number five) on June 03 that processed through.

Hi. That "processing_auth" thing happened to me too a while ago, also with a freebie. I contacted support and they solved this issue very quickly (I think they had to adjust something manually). I was really surprised how quickly, since they usually take very long to reply now after the new website launch.

Hmn... it hasn't cleared through for me yet. So I just send in a request up in the Help Center. We'll see how punctual they are.

I had this happen with a regular order, and resetting the downloads worked. I also had it occur with a weekly freebie and I found that the order had not really been processed. I ordered it again and that worked, so I cancelled my ticket.

Edited because I noticed you said you'd tried twice. . . but did you ORDER again or would it not let you?

I ordered twice. Both are in processing mode... I just did it again and that went through all right. How do I cancel my processing glitch tickets in case they go through one day and they're no longer freebies?

Modify your original ticket or add a note to it, with order numbers? :) I think you could do that?
