Creating Guide Pages

Just trying to set up a GuidePage for my c++ plugin pane. But I can not find a header file DzGuidePage.h and I can not see where the class is otherwise defined. I use SDK 4.5+

    DzGuidePage is not included in the DS 4.5+ SDK.

    Is there any other way to offer GuidePages for our c++ plugin? Just finishing a feature rich plugin and find that feature helpful. The class DzGuidePage ist described in the online documentation.
