Store credit

Hello, how can I refund my store credit in the credit card or Paypal? :-)

    If you mean that you have been given a store credit, and you want the money refunded through your CC or Paypal instead, then you will have to open a Support ticket.

    I think you are supposed to mention that at the time of asking for a refund, but Support are the only ones who can help you.

    I asked today and they didn't know how to so a second ticket was created, now both support ticket are sitting open.

    They normally clear these tickets in a couple of business days.

    DAZ 3D are on Utah time, and they don't work at the weekend, so it may be Monday before you get an answer.

    Yes I have open tickets as well for a few days now..?? It's ridiculous

    I finally called back and got an answer.
    Store credit can be found during the check out process.
    As you click through it's #3 after confirming your shipping/billing address.
    There is a check box that you can check to use or apply store credit to the order.
    Now I have another issue... presets and content won't load in the new Carrara 8.5 Pro but that is a different topic.
