Attaching/keeping clothing with the figure, help please.

I am creating some military poses using the male Genesis figure and some non-DAZ USAAF uniforms.

The Auto-fit is only partially helpful as it can sometimes completely warp, for example, the flightsuit.

My problem would seem to be a basic one; I pose my figure, I then fit which clothes will fit using auto-fit or fit-to (usually the boots, hat etc).
When it comes to the flightsuit I have to pose the suit to match the figure, not really a problem just time-consuming.
The problem arises when I want to move the whole thing to another position in the scene (not re-posing, just sliding the posed figure along the ground so to speak). The figure will move as I want but the posed flightsuit is left behind and I have to move that also.

Is there a tool/method whereby I can "glue" the posed flightsuit to the posed figure?

The figure will not be animated, it is simply a static model.

I hope I explained that well enough. Any assistance is appreciated.

    What Format is the uniform if it can be posed? It sounds like it should fit to.

    It's a pilot pack from ADH3D for a figure called Apollo Maximus.
    The website stated requirements are: Poser 5 or later or Daz studio/ Apollo Maximus

    Hmm.. okay Apollo stuff probably will not fit to right. Create a Group from the M4 and the Clothing, you can then move the full group without affecting the items in it.

    You do know that the Apollo Maximux figure is actually a free figure. It may be better to try using the figure that the clothes are meant for, as Apollo is a 3rd party figure, not a DAZ 3D figure, although he can be used in DS.

    Jaderail;
    thanks, the Grouping method worked like a charm.
    If you don't mind another question..........
    I have downloaded a belt of ammunition which I'd like to drape around the shoulder of one of my characters.
    The belt is a long, straight object. How do I 'bend' it in Hexagon (Hexagon is not that intuitive for me)?
    thanks again.
