If you installed Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials using DIM, then they should be in the correct folder.

DAZ Studio cannot find the 'data' folder that the DSF files were installed into, and you will need to make sure that the folder which contains the data folder, is listed in your Content Directory Manager as a DAZ Studio Formats folder.

Inside the DIM, go to the Installed tab, click on Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials, and right click. Select Installed Files to see what has been installed and to where.

Well, i have instaled it via DIM.

But remains same answer, same fail.

Should i copy all files whereever they are into genesis files?

    PLEASE help me?

    Did you do this?

Don't copy any files anywhere for the moment.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, and make sure that My DAZ 3D Library is listed as BOTH a DAZ Studio AND Poser Formats folder.

Do you know how to do that?

Can you post a screenshot of the expanded Content Directory Manager pleas, so that I can see what you have listed?

    Inside DAZ Studio 4.6.

Go to the Edit menu at the top. then select Preferences, once the Preferences screen comes up, select Content Library as shown below, and then select the Content Directory Manager. I need to see what you have listed as DAZ Studio and Poser Formats folders there.

What you need to have listed is D:/genesis under BOTH DAZ Studio and Poser Formats. That is how DS4.6 knows where to find your content. You do not need to enter any sub-folders of that library, just what I have posted above.

The entries that you have in the Content Directory Manager, are what would normally appear, and they are the default locations for content.

The problem is, that you have installed everything into

    D:/genesis

and DAZ Studio is looking for it in 'My Library' and 'My DAZ 3D Library'

You will need to select DAZ Studio Formats in the Content Directory Manager which you show above, and use the sidebar to ADD the folder where your content is installed into. Add D:/genesis to that list for both DAZ Studio Formats AND Poser Formats and all will be well.

You can continue to install content into D:/genesis, but don't move any of the folders around. If you ever change to another install location, on another drive for example, you MUST tell DAZ Studio where that library is, in the Content Directory Manager.

Let me know how you get on, best wishes.
