I have Bought new content for Daz3D, how to install them and make them usable in the editor?

    Use the DAZ Install Manager, and make sure that it is installing to a folder you have selected as a Poser and DAZ Studio content directory in DAZ Studio (click the Show Details box in the install manager and compare with the folders listed in the Content Library pane in DAZ Studio).

    It worked, but when i insert the item, it says "No importer for the file format can be found" any help?

    That means that you are trying to run a DAZ Studio file that is made for a later version.

    What version of DAZ Studio are you using at present, go to Help > About DAZ Studio, and that will give you the version number.
    It sounds as if you are trying to load a .DUF file in an earlier version of DS4, which will not work, DUF only works in DS4.5 or later.

    The item that you are trying to load, as explained earlier, is made for a later version of DAZ Studio. What it the item you are trying to load?

    If it is a fairly new item, it will not work inside DS 4.0.39, unless it has a Legacy version. You should really update to DS 4.6.0.18, which is the latest stable version, and it should be in your My Account > Product Library.

    This is an item for Genesis2, and it says on the Product Page : http://www.daz3d.com/pump-it-up that it can only be used in DS4.6

    If you want to use this item, you will need to upgrade to DAZ Studio 4.6 (free). Is there a reason that you are using an older version?

    If you can't upgrade to DS 4.6, then you can submit a Support ticket to get your money back.

    I don't know, may be i thought that was the latest version,
    i have updated the software to 4.6 and it worked out!

    What data are you referring to?
