Looking for DistAngle

Hi,

Several monts back I made a request for how to measure distances.  A reply (I believe the reply was from BradCransten) provided a tool calles DistAngle which was exactly what I needed.   The problem is that I had to completly erase DAZ Studio and reinstall it because the original installation became corrupted.  Everything works fine now but I lost some of the utilities in the erasire and reinstallation.

I found a need to measure distances and went to the forums to get DistAngle again.  I was able to fing a link to the file but the actual file is nowhere to be found.  It was put in frebies but it is not there as well.  Could you help me to fing and download this file.

Thanks

Isn't it the dsa file attached to the first post here.

  • Remeber that, unless there is a readme saying otherwise, only the author may pass on a copy of the file.

II found that post before I wrote this post.  When I clicked on the link provided, nothing was downloaded.  The links are there but they point to nothing.  I tried it wait a Linux computer as well and got the same results.  Trying with two computers with totally different operating systems indicates that the problem is in the DAZ website.

The file will download for me - though by default it ofers to open in DS, which probably isn't the behaviour you want. If you don't have your browsers set to ask what they should do with files that may be the issue. Also, it downloads with a cryptic name if you don't override that.

I tried it again without results.  I am using Firefox (the latest version) and have disabled all of my add-ons.

How can I contact the original author, he might help with the problem.

Right click on the dsa file and use save linked content as and save it on your desktop as distangle.dsa, don't forget the extension. Open explorer and drag it into your scripts folder in your library and it should be available from there.
