Story:
The village counsel decided to extend light rail out to the suburbs. Bernie loved the new benches. The project engineer was trying to convince Bernie that sitting upside down like that was unsafe. (Sheriff McFloyd simply put a pillow under Bernie for when he came down.) Meanwhile, the lead architect, and the head contractor were debating about who might have made a mistake with the blueprints.
