Camera issue (lost icons)

For some reason I lost my main icons on the camera.  When I have a split view, the view on the left has the icons.  How do I bring the icons back on the main right screen?  Also, is there keyboard shortcuts to or pan camera?

Close the Shader Mixer and Shader Builder panes - they are forcing the pane group wide, so the controls are under the enxt-door pane group.
