    Support does not work over the weekend, so iwould alow it to be mid-week or so (it may be quicker, but that isn't all that lkely in the middle of the PA sale).

    Did you attach a screen shot of your cart to the ticket?   A screen shot is helpful and really quite neccessary to try to highlight the prolem

    Take a screenshot of the correct discounts, to document the difference between what you paid and what you should have paid.
