Where do I find the V4 and M4 base characters ?

Where do I find the V4 and M4 base characters? I seem to only have genesis forward but I have them listed in other places. I want to do a bit of work with some older clothes and poses for V4.

The Actors for V4 and M4.

    Also - V4 and M4 are the base characters that all the other x4 characters build from, if that was the primary question.

    This... but they seem to have vanished. I just want to load a victoria 4 into a new scene but can not seem to find her or michael 4 either. 

    There is clothes, hair, skin and other maybe other shapes.

    I ended up reinstalling them and then the base popped up.
