How to get a male bump?

I was using a G8 male in underwear and noticed that his pubic area was essentially flat. This decided me to buy M8 pro bundle to get genitals. So, I'm happy with having them, especially since I'm among these people who find extremely irritating that base models don't include genitals as they should.

However....the genitals don't produce any bump. If I put underwear on the figure, they just protude outside of it. I should have expected it, but I didn't think about it.

So...How do I get a proper male bump? I couldn't find any slider for this in "parameters", either.

    Select G8, and in the Parameter tab-Actor-hips-Genital Bulge if you have installed the body morphs. The other option would be to use dForce and shrink the pants on the body.

    You could also use one or more dForms

    I'm not even sure what is dForce (the thing that leaves gravity act on stuff that I never looked into, maybe?) and I've no clue what a dForm is.

    As for body morphs : it's this product?
