animate 2.0 not adding aniblock for clothing

I'm trying to animate a flying run. The (genesis) character uses the Lycan Hunter outfit and the skirt to the outfit can be morphed to mimic motion due to wind. I have the basic path setup and pose setup. The preview skips frames so I render using basic OpenGL to check the timing (is there anyway to prevent the preview from skipping frames?)

Now that I have the path the character flies setup. I'm adding secondary motions. I wanted to add the side skirt motions first. However, when I select the side skirt in the Scene panel, aniMate doesn't provide a track for it when I return to the aniMate panel. I can't find a way to add tracks and aniblocks for the side skirt. I tried adding keyframes while the skirt was selected and no keyframes were added according to the animate panel. I tried selecting other objects like cameras and hair and animate refuses to make tracks or aniblocks for them.

I figured out how to do it. Closing daz and reopening fixed the problem and let me add tracks to other objects in the scene.
