Graphics card not used

in New Users
Hello, I'm fairly new to Daz3d and I've come to know that my computer does not use the GPU, it only uses the CPU to render a scene. The checkboxes for CPU and Grpahics card is checked and Ive tried it using with only GPU also, no luck.
cpu - i7 7700hq, gpu- 1050ti, ram-16gb ddr4, daz 4.1pro

Do you have integrated graphics as well, like on a laptop?
How complex is the scene? It looks like the 1050 Ti is a 4GB card, and for Iray to render using the GPU, the entire scene needs to fit in the card's memory. If it is your only GPU, and is driving the monitors as well, the OS will use some of that memory, leaving you with less. A figure with clothing, hair, etc. can sometimes take up 2 GB or more depending on the settings.
If you are doing a complex scene (a few figures, an environment, props, etc) you may want to try just doing a figure with clothing first and see if that renders using the GPU. If it does, then there is likely not an issue with the hardware or software settings.
I believe that he uses a laptop and faces the problem with integrated\normal graphics usage
