i recognised that there were updates in the DIM and if i manualy unzip These updated files, there were a message that These files are older than the files already exist.
Actually the only thing this tells you is that the timestamp of the files in the archives is different from your local time. This could occur if you're downloading archives which have been made in another timezone for example. And that's also assuming that the archiver picks up the right timestamps as well.
The warning alone doesn't really mean too much, same with timestamps in general.
I was under the Impression that only the DIM file in the Content folder really kept the updates in proper order. I'm not sure anymore.
By that I mean if the Times stamp of your Install for Genesis is New as in just installed and you then get a Update made days ago only DIM keeps the Numbers correct, as it goes by the Update number and not a Time stamp.
Early versions of DIM changed the datestamp on installed files to the date DIM installed them. Now that DIM preserves the dates on the files, they may appear to be older.
