Beginner problem with lights

I’m hoping someone can help with my problem. So far I’ve been doing renders with just the head lamp, it usually gives good results and I can see the scene quite clearly in the Daz viewport to make changes to it etc.

Now I want to use the lighting that comes with various products, particularly to avoid the washout in renders that sometimes happens with the headlamp (for example if I have a character that is wearing white clothes).  So I use the lighting, and the resultant render is great, but when the lighting is on the scene in my viewport in Daz goes quite dark and I cannot see any of the detail in it to make changes.  Is there some way I can use this lighting but still see the scene in my viewport without the darkness that the lighting causes?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Use CTRL+L to switch on the "posing lights".
