How has futurist designer Syd Mead gone undiscussed as towards producing 3D models of his fabulous designs? Has anybody seen his old portfolio books titled "SENTINEL" and "SENTINEL 2"??
Imagine the amount of modeling, from figurine outfits to background cityscapes, that could be drafted to 3D models!! A designers world reproduced in 3D form!!!!

The copyright still stands on all of Syd's creations and Syd had a very... unique style. I know I'm old, but "retro" anymore is 1970, not 1950. That said, I agree with your wish to see this style of work.
