Only one of the viewports in your screenshot is in Texture Shaded preview mode, and that is the lightest one. Did you accidently select Cartoon Shaded in the other viewports where the character is darker? It looks like that is what is selected, to me. See how the red circled icons are different?

  • Yes all 4 are in texture shade mode but only one view is showing up right
  • I'm starting to think that it's a bug

Sorry but they aren't all the same 3 are, the darker skined ones, the 4th the lighter skin is different that is the one that is the texture shaded one,  the icons are a bit similar so its sometimes hard to tell.

  • I'm not home at the moment but I'll have to put up another image showing what's going on, the smooth, cartoon and texture icon all look the same when I click on the draw icon list

They look similar, but not the same in your screenshot. Here is a screenshot of the choices for reference.

  • Yeah when I click on the little the smooth and texture looks just like the cartoon shaded icon, I'll have to post another image tonight.
  • See, all three are all the same and you seen the bottom right one has the right icon on it but when I click on the list its just like the other 3 and if I click on it, it would make it look just like the others and I can't change it back.

You have to select one of the items from the list by actually clicking on it - does that not work for you?

  • I know, once I select it it stays the same shaded, and if I select something else that has the right texture shaded on it, it will change to the darker one and won't change back.

I know it's a bug I'm just not sure how to report it or if there is a setting to change the color back

  • Edit>Preferences>Interface tab>Per Pixel Shading set to On does make the texture Shaded view darker, but I can't get that to affect only one viewport. You might have a look at the other options in that tab of preferences, but nothjing I do seems to prduce the same result. It may be related to your GPU or driver.
