Sci-fi Pistols and Lune Portail, free?

Not sure if this is the correct category for this question.

Lune Portail and Sci-Fi Pistols are listed in the free 3d category, but when I add them to my cart in, as well as another product, they are not showing up as free. Am I missing a step? Are they not free with a purchase?

    Your third product can not be a PC item it must be a regular item.

    Note that Lune Portail is the August monthly freebie for Platinum Club members only.

    Ah thank you for the info on the Lune Portail, and if I swap out what clothing item I wanted, to a different one, the sci-fi pistols then were free. I wish they would make it a bit more clear.

    I don't recall if the PC Monthly freebie normally showed up in the "Freebies" category. I looked at the Freebie category without logging into the store and it does make it appear it's free if you buy something. I'll submit a service ticket and refer them to your post.

    Lune Portail has been removed from the Freebies category.
