Any UBER lighting has a Samples setting For better renders, with uber the Samples need to be from 64 or 128 for me. Also your Basic render settings need adjusted for better renders.
Okay, I'm going to have to ask. Is the "rough skin" talking about the results of your render, or is it an advertisement? I don't assume anything, lol. If it is talking about your render, it may be your render settings that are contributing to the grainy. Put your pixel samples to at least 8 and more if it's uber, shadow samples (I do mine really high) at 32, shading rate at .30 or lower, pixel filter width at least 6 and see what happens. My gamma correction is off.
