GoZ from Zbrush doesn't work

Hi, I have a problem: I send to Zbrush from Daz some boots to modify. This works fine.
But, when I send to Daz from Zbrush, GoZ doesn't work: I press the GoZ button, and nothing happens.
However, if I work on a different computer, this works.

Anybody can tell me how to fix this?

I found the solution:
"GoZ works in R5 as well. After the upgrade I pressed 'clear cache files' and then 'Force reinstall' in the preferences tab and there it was."
