Can't log into Install Manager

I have set up and removed (deleting directories after uninstalling) the Install Manager 3 times. When I go to log in it just says "unable to login.....Veryify the email and/or password and try again.". I have changed the pass word 3 times, and still can't log in. Has anyone else had this issue or can anyone provide any guidance?

    Obvious question first:
    You are logging with the same credentials as you log in to the site/store with?

    Are you using the correct email and password for the website here?

    Can you login to the store using your current username and password, try logging out first if already logged in, then try to login again.

    I know when I login to the DIM, it can take quite a while for anything to happen, and about 90 seconds to see my products in the DIM.

    I am logging in (or trying) thru the IM with the same email and password that I use to log into the website. The website login works fine, no problem at all. Tried logging out of the website, then logging in thru the IM, but still got the same message. I'm totally lost as to what to do.

    Do you have a firewall? It might block DIMs access to the servers.

    I am behind a firewall! That could be it. Will try later when I can get ouside it. Thanks.
