Question on Muscle Displacement Maps

Hi...
I am using some vascularity displacement maps on one displacement channel on UberSurface2 to excellent effect on my female Genesis and V4 characters. Does anyone know if just the displacement maps in this product:

can be used on the second displacement channel in combination with the first to enhance muscle striation in addition to vascularity? I was wanting to experiment with this product, but don't want to take a pricey gamble if it's not likely to work.
Thanks!

UE2 is going to give you more or less the same structural result as using 3Delight by itself so for test rendering don't use UE2 until you get close to realizing your final project.
I continually tweak colors, bumps, displacement, etc with 3Delight not using UE2 and no lights, or one light without a shadow to give me an idea of what to expect in my final so experiment away. It also helps if you remove things you don't need to see continually while experimenting, for instance hair tends to render slowly, if I'm working on skin I don't need to see it, make it invisible in the content pane until you're ready to use it.
To what you asked before you may want to try using a displace and a bump to embellish the overall effect you desire even if the bump us using the same map as the displace. Mix,match and go crazy and you may stumble on something.
Thank you for your reply! I'm referring to the UberSurface 2 shader. My rendering and lighting practices are where I want them, actually. Your last paragraph answered my question about the maps, though... thank you!
This thread is 11 years old, but I wanted to ask, has anyone updated these for more modern figures or do people generally feel that with all the skin gone it isn't needed?
I'm not 100% confident I understand what you're asking, but products like these exist:
