Ocean splashing water
Hi Friends, did a quickie render of dolphin scene. Now, I'm wondering if there is a way, I can have water splashing, or if there is an ocean prop/scene. I'm using a background at the moment (Sylwia),. Underwater content available, but no above water. Wish I had Bryce 7, Lol !! Any ideas appreciated.

Other good options include Ron's water brushes here (for easy, excellent postwork) or water mesh sets like at Rendo by Flink. The former is much, much faster. Any hi-poly transparent mesh is going to render very slowly on most machines.
Thanx Wendy, awesome prop :-) No splashing, but certainly a prop I can use.
Hi friend, thanx for assist. Have no idea what Ron's water brush is or where to locate, but I did find Flink water FX. Perfect ! Even shows splashing dolphin scene.

very nice render!
About the splashing water the first thing that came into my mind is a particles emitter, or possibly the water spray could be mimicked via some volumetric effect shader... though i don't know if there are some available for daz studio that allow also the definition of the fog/smoke density in such a way as to represent water drops.
For the 'solid' part of waves you might even model them and use the free glass material here to make them look like water: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/26564/
